SHIPPING POLICY

Within Australia:

We use Australia Post’s Standard parcel delivery (Parcel Post) for domestic shipments. Please refer to their website for shipping time estimations.

International:

We use Australia Post’s International Standard parcel delivery (with tracking) for international shipments. Please refer to their website for shipping time estimations*.

*Please note Australia Post’s estimations are just that, we have seen international shipments take up to 3 weeks as it gets passed on to a local shipment company or postal service. Unfortunately this is beyond our control but we endeavour to always make sure you get your glasses.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Incorrect or damaged items:

If you received the wrong product or it was damaged during shipping, please contact us at brett.e.lewis@me.com . We will require images of the damaged goods or packaging to initiate replacement or refund.

Once you've submitted your return request, you'll receive an email confirmation with details on the return location. Please use the original packaging and package again if required for safe transit.

Once we receive the item(s) we'll process the return, issue a refund, and send you a return receipt confirmation email. This process can take up to 5 business days.

Refund methods:

Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately.
